Stress & well-being

More room to rest.
Practical ways to respond.

Support for feeling overwhelmed, difficulty settling, and the everyday effects of stress.

When life feels like too much

Stress can show up as tension, an unsettled mind, difficulty resting, or feeling stretched thin by daily demands. You may know you need time for yourself and still find it hard to make that space.

We start with what you are experiencing and what you want to change. The aim is to build practical skills you can use in daily life, at a pace that feels manageable.

Tools we can practice together

Breathing & grounding

Comfortable breathing, noticing physical support, and orienting to the present moment, with choice about what feels useful.

Movement & rest

Gentle rhythmic movement, supported positions, relaxation, or yoga nidra adapted to your energy and comfort.

Awareness & emotional regulation

Notice tension, energy, and emotional patterns through body awareness, interoception, reflection, and mindful pauses.

Routines that support you

Build a manageable wind-down, restorative breaks, and realistic goals for balancing energy levels around your daily responsibilities.

A personal starting point

No yoga experience is needed. Individual sessions begin with a comprehensive assessment and introductory practices; ongoing sessions review your experience and adapt the plan.

Sessions are available in Mountain House, Tracy, and online. Support can complement psychotherapy and other healthcare.
